Randy, I know how busy you are so you may be unable to help me, but maybe someone in your office can help. I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two months two get awardmiles credited to my account at Milesource. I originally sent e-mails to their customer service with the e-mails attached from the vendors I signed up with thru Milesource.com. Despite this I have not gotten any satisfaction & each time I have sent an e-mail asking for an update I get a canned e-mail asking for all the vendor sign up info again!! This is now gone on in between 6-8 e-mails I have sent them. I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site. I believe their offices are in New York City. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated?
