ITN ****PROBLEM****
 

ITN has not been working as we have been used to; its front end has not changed. (For more specifics see the thread at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum.../004415.html). We cannot get flight information with our specified airline preferences or new ones we put in for a specific search.

In my case, it's being able search for possible F class (domestic) or Z class (international seats on specific CO flights; for the perso nat the aforementioned thread it was another airline.

It seems that ITN has not been helpful at ALL according to that thread.

Randy, maybe you have an inside person with whom to check into whether ITN (now REALLY American Express) has changed this, if certain airlines are not providing information anymore, or if it is merely broken and they have not fixed it.

Also the ITN "clone" mentioned in that thread does work without beign a registered usuer; but to be a registered user you need to be a business with a certain "business key"). Is there any other place anyone else knows where we can find seat availability by fare class for specified flights?

Also, within the last 1-2 weeks ITN started showing flights on all airlines rather than just the airline you select.
