Just received a new membership kit in this program replacing the le'Meridien Carte Noir program. This program is now both Forte and Meridien. UK based. How does a new program category get established on flyer talk?
I know Meridien is not on flyer talk, but they provided my wife and I an enjoyable free stay in Martinque.

It's in "Q" to get online with us. We've been friends with the Forte chain for a long time and theit director had given us the scoop on this program. Glad to hear you're a pleased member, though i am jealous with your redemption choice. Thaqnks for the note and keep watching.....
