I have had two cases of being charged twice for hotels. Once was with Priceline and one was with Hotwire. Both times it was pretty quickly resolved with the hotel issuing me a credit.

I am currently dealing with this with Priceline. I booked a vacation bundle : car, hotel, flight. The charges came out in very odd ways on my card but no charge discrepancy so I kept the booking.
The rental car is through Thrifty. Which I do not recommend at all.
my stay is at Extended Stay. And even though I was charged by Priceline when I gave a card for incidentals it came through as a charge for the entire stay!
priceline is useless if you encounter any type of problem. I essentially paid for my rental car and hotel in addition to what I paid Priceline.

I am experiencing the same issue with Hyatt and Priceline.
I booked an express deal and paid Priceline right away.
After my stay, Hyatt charged me again.
Looks like it is happening with many of us.
Does anyone here in this forum is/know an attorney who can file a class action suit for "improper business conduct", I am thinking that there could be so many customers who might have not noticed these "double charges" by Priceline and the Hotel. This is a new form of "CHEATING".
