This would be grounds of the agency potentially dismissing the agent or if it's an independent agent please report it to their Consortium and Virtuoso. You can't ask for concussion on a booking you never booked or was cancelled

Do TAs get better airline fares? I have seen a fare around 1800 on one way business class quoted online to YYZ from BKK but then it was asking my phone number to get the real price. Can I mention the `TA here? it looks like a company as they have a website too.
Can someone advice me too if it is cheaper to use a TA for business class fares than the online fares?
