flight hub- wow
booked a French bee flight on Kayak (don't worry- is PE) but did not realize at first that I was directed to a booking agency- Flght Hub, and not French Bee.
Booked anyway- Although for unknown reasons, the process took 20 minutes.
Looked at my credit card statement today and see there was the airfare charge ($5900 - same price as French bee anyway) but also another charge for $2400. Called Flight Hub and after another 20 minutres of waiting and evasive answers, they finally had to admit that the $2400 was their:"service fee". This was never discussed.
Told them to cancel the whole thing and another 15 minutes of delays, they finally did. They say I have to pay $150 for 2 cancellation fee so they made off with some money anyway.
Suprisingly, the reviews on the company are mostly good. What gives?
