Zenhotels?
Has anyone booked with them? I was looking at hotels for a trip to Europe this fall and they have a rate which is lower than any other sites by literally thousands of dollars for a three-week stay. It's obviously a price mistake. I asked the hotel directly and they say they won't match the price but if I book on the site, they will honour the reservation. Should I go for it? It's fully refundable according to the conditions but who knows if I'd actually get my money back.

I am also curious about this. They are showing an amazing price for the Hilton Buenos Aires. One thing I find confusing is that VAT is not supposed to apply unless you at a resident, but the site is charging it with no way to turn it off.

Pay with a reputable credit card, keep all documents outlining the booking conditions (make sure you read the small print) and if $h!t hits the fan and you do not get your money from the OTA, file a chargeback with the issuer of your credit card.
