Priceline - Covid Refund/Flight Change
Hi, is there anyone here with any experience calling Priceline to request a change in flight due to Covid? One of my flights was booked through Priceline and the airline is now allowing a free change. The airline can't make the change for me since I booked through priceline so I have to call priceline. Does anyone have any experience with this? Are they making this change and not charging fees or are they making it difficult? I am currently on hold and the hold time is more than one hour. Hoping this will go smoothly since I don't want a refund and just want to change the flight. Thanks all.
