Snaptravel refund for closed hotel - do a chargeback

For a data point for Coronavirus refunds. I had a booking for a hotel in April. The hotel closed and refunded and cancelled all bookings. After 6 weeks of attempts at getting the refund via emails and multiple forms they kept requesting the refund was denied. Filed a chargeback and the money was promptly refunded by Visa.

TLDR; just do a chargeback with this company and avoid wasting hours with them.
