Who knows if I can use a voucher offered by Orbitz (115% cash value) together with a discount code? Otherwise their voucher offer is not very shiny in my view.
If the vouchers will actually be coupons then the current system limitation is that only one coupon can be applied at the same time.

https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/undefinedI cannot talk to a real agent unless i have a flights departing within 72 hours or a hotel within 24 hours unless this changed. And i do not have email contacts - the 'offer' was from a 'donotreply' kind of an email.

I don’t think I will ever use Orbitz again after this fiasco. I am eligible for a CX refund, as per CX rules where my ORIGINAL flight was booked during the May 15-30 window that allows for a refund. Even CX says I’m eligible for a refund, but that Orbitz has to process it.
Orbitz has been promising and promising a refund and that it’ll take 8 weeks. It’s been over that and I got an email from them telling me that they made a mistake and I’m due a voucher instead. That’s wrong, and I told them even CX said I’m due a refund. No response back...
I’m not interested in a voucher, and at this juncture they can deal with my bank if they’re going to play games like this.

The whole Expedia Group (Expedia/Orbitz/Travelocity) is a mess. I'm still getting emails about how my upcoming flight is eligible for a credit despite airline already cancelled the reservation and processed my refund directly 8 weeks ago.
