Anyone used Skybooker?

Flying from CLE to Stockholm for a cruise, returning from Copenhagen. I found a great itinerary through Skybooker which connects all of my flights. I am concerned about this wording in their agreement "If one of your flights is changed or cancelled, it will not automatically change the other flight. You may incur a penalty fee for each flight for additional itinerary changes." Any experiences you can share are appreciated. I am trying to find the best pricing but want to avoid potential hassles of a cancelled flight within a non-connected itinerary.
