How do I request an Expedia refund for a horrible hotel stay?
 

We recently booked a hotel on Aitutaki (Cook Islands) for four nights, through Expedia. It was a horrible property, and a number of items in the listing were misrepresented. For example, the listing claims there is a restaurant, breakfast, and bar - but none of these exist. They will deliver food from a cafe if you order it 24 hours in advance, and you have to cook it yourself, although the only working cooking item is a grill. They posted pictures of a beach that was about a mile away, and they are on the part of the lagoon that has a rocky shore, a mud bottom, and filthy water. I could go on about how terrible the "hotel" was. It would have been okay as a $30 per night hostel, but not a $150 per night "hotel".

We left after one night, along with our traveling friends, and we told the staff (there is no desk on site) that the property failed to meet any of our expectations. I want to get a refund for the other three nights, but there is no way to do this on the Expedia site. Any ideas how I can contact them?
