Question STA Travel UK: Requesting 5% Contiki past passenger discount after online booking

I went through topcashback to get 15% cash back on a Contiki tour through STA Travel.

So far, I have only paid the GBP60 deposit. It's been 3 days and the merchant hasn't showed up yet on topcashback. According to topcashback, purchases usually show up within 24 hours. Does anyone know whether it is 24 hours after paying deposit or 24 hours after paying in full?

Also, if I ring Contiki to adjust my booking to reflect a 5% past passenger discount (I couldn't apply this online), would it void my 15% cash back?
