Expert help needed: SQ 238, 24 Dec 2011.. 3 months torture...
Hi guys,
I bought a ticket last Feb which I used straight away. The return leg I've tried to book for the last 3 months on around the christmas period but SQ say that my fare does not have a seat in Y class, even though Y class had many seats free in Y.. is there anything I can do in this case? If the waitlist doesn't change, can I just go the airport anyways and try my luck or will I not be able to do that as my ticket was bought online, hence different fare etc?
I'm confused and would appreciate your help..
