Visit Europe Fare Rules

Hi,
I bought a couple visit europe tix LHR>BUD>SOF>LHR, and now many need to cancel them. Does anyone have the fare conditions? After 20 minutes on hold a few days ago I learned that there was a 30 EUR fee to change the date (though the website said they were flexible if the sectors were left open, I hadn't left the sectors open), but that would allow as many changes as you like for the one EUR 30 fee...

Thirty more minutes on the phone to find out that cancellation before departure results in a 50% charge. Agent was rather rude (probably she had to wait on hold as well), and connection was poor, but would have liked
to know whether that means 50% of everything I paid, or 50% of just what BA labels the fare, meaning I'd get 100% of taxes and fuel surchages back...

Any fare gurus out there?

Who did you buy it from ? Phone them.
Fares & rules can vary a lot. To get any answer's here you need to write the full fare designation. For example for a Round the World can be xONEx if bought from a oneworld arline. xONEx is the fare type

I purchased the ticket from BA over the phone, it is a 'visit europe' ticket, an official oneworld product sold in conjunction with a TATL flight one a oneworld carrier.
The problem is when I call BA, the agent has never heard of the fare, and has to call the fare desk. So it takes 20 minutes to answer a question.Being on the busy side (and travelling where I don't have good access to cheap telephony) waiting 20 minutes for one repricing/etc is unattractive.
I asked if they can email or fax me a copy of the fare rules, they said 'no, we will not' which strikes me as a little bizarre.
Fewmiles site has a description for the fare that is now I think 7 years old, and is broadly consistent with what I've been told--my remaining uncertainty is whether, if I pay the EUR 30 rebooking fee to go from 3 segments to 2 segments, I get 50% of the cancelled coupon or 100% (less of course the change fee).
Anyway, at least I may hope my grumbling will serve to warn others who are thinking of buying the product but may need to change it.

It probably is not the most current, but here's the starfile that I have re the fare ("LEURPASSX"):

fwiw, I wouldn't automatically conclude that the grumble is product specific and not airline specific. Over the past several years I've had nothing but massive difficulties/grief dealing with BA when making any changes to tickets, as virtually everything requires a time insensitive queue to the fare desk. I can't help but believe that the AA RTW desk would be able handle such products exceedingly better.
