Can I get to French Polynesia on AA Miles?
 
I would like to get to Tahiti/Bora Bora on AA Miles. How would I do that route-wise?

You would (a) post this on the AA board, then (b) use miles with AA's partner, Air Tahiti Nui from LAX.

Go from anywhere to SCL, from there to IPC and onto PPT on LA. From PPT to BOB you'll have to pay to fly on the local airline Air Tahiti (VT), and it's not cheap (apparently it's a little less expensive if you buy the ticket in person at the airport)!
