DONE3 ex ARN

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to further optimize this DONE3, and clarification that it is in fact valid (Mileage Monkey says so, but I'd rather let the experts take a look :D)

ARN-MAD-DME-ORD-SEA-JFK-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK-SYD-NRT-SIN-NRT-SIN-LHR-ARN

Currently comes out at 54260 miles, and 2010 QF status credits.

Any suggestions?

That's a DONE4 - Europe, NA, Oz, Asia. It's fine.

Ugh! So it is! Thanks for pointing that out Gardyloo!

Just cut SYD out and it becomes a DONE3, of course with a lot less miles...

ARN-MAD-DME-ORD-SEA-JFK-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK-HKG-NRT-SIN-NRT-SIN-LHR-ARN is a DONE3.

Have you thought of flying NRT-DEL-NRT instead of NRT-SIN-NRT? It should bring you some more miles, although not too many.

You may also add a return trip between LHR and DXB or MCT on BA which would yield more miles than going to Moscow, but would require one more segment in Europe (and consequent redesign of the whole itinerary - sthg like ARN-LHR-MCT-LHR-DFW-YVR-MIA-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK-NRT-DEL-NRT-SIN-LHR-ARN - 51152 base miles). Mileage monkey says this itinerary is invalid because there is no YVR-MIA service, but in reality it exists (AA282).

Thanks SwissexLUG! Your original idea of ARN-LHR-MCT-LHR-ORD-SEA-JFK-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK-NRT-DEL-NRT-SIN-LHR-ARN seems like a good one - as I'm also trying to maximise the QF status credits as well as the miles (because we all know how crap the earn/burn rate is for miles on QF! :D)
