International/Surface sector question
Hi All,
Would the following use of a surface sector be a valid beginning to an xONEx: CPT BA JNB // DAR BA x/LHR BA JFK CX HKG CX CDG RJ AMM BA LHR BA CPT What I want to do is use my 1st arrival/departure through Europe as the transit without stopover, but to take advantage of this exception, I have to arrive LHR from one of the allowed countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda). If necessary, I could begin instead CPT BA x/JNB BA LVI // DAR BA x/LHR etc..., but that's a lot more trouble for relatively little benefit. Any ideas or experience? Thanks, Checkerboard p.s. - I'll be booking this through AA, in case that's of consequence. |
Can't see any reason why it wouldn't be valid, and neither can MM:

Yes, it is valid. Checked exactly this solution with BA and AA a short while ago. No problem.
