CMB Updated Prices

The Oneworld Prices hasn't been updated yet for CMB. I got the prices on EF, but it seems ridicoulously cheap!) only 5490USD!

Not sure whether it is the correct price or not.

Also is there an AA contact there. Can't seem to find it.

They are, I suppose, GSAs for AA, like Tal in STO, or Emeco in CAI, and they have been booking hundreds of OWEs for us over the years. As for the ATW Desk... why not call and ask them?

With this huge hike at CMB, we are back to JNB and MRU, as best prices for Done3,4 and Aone4,5.
Did you know that we can fly from HKG – MRU with MK in D class (flat bed) for around U$ 1200 (one year tkt) ?

I was going to buy a CMB DONE4... but now the south african prices seem better than in a long while -- DONE5s are $5850! And AONE6s for under ten grand. Very good...

I took a look at this, and it is very interesting, but the contact info is sketchy at best. It would make sense to e-mail them the itinerary, and have then confirm it, and then go pick it up, but my SOLE reason to go to CMB would be to see the city but also to save some money on an RTW. But I would not make the effort to go to CMB unless I knew it was 100% locked in well in advance of my trip there to start the RTW

Have any other FT'ers had any experience with this GSA for AA in Sri Lanka, and do you have an e-mail contact? I did try to call but going through a 15 segment itinerary via telephone is not going to work, as we could not even get past the first city

I am most interested in any feedback and the best way to make contact to get this going

Yes, especially when one considers that for me a xONEx ex JNB would include SWP and Asian travel (very handy for an Oz resident,;) ) is likely to be at least be a 5 Continent version.

It can be a 4: Africa-SWP-North/South America-Europe-Africa.

this is highly disappointing wit the price hike. Why would anyone goto CMB anymore for these tickets where i have risk my life! So it seems backto TPE or NRT now for the best price.

Oh also the KTM prices is out and the person who posted in the forum is obviously a BS artist stating a J Class rtw can be less then 4K USD!
