Just a brief mini-rant about schedule information, RTWs, and phone contacts.

RJ starts HKG-AMM in January, and both EF and the Oneworld electronic pos - er, timetable - show it. (Haven't checked Sabre or Amadeus 'cause my gateway provider has disabled my conduit - complicated story.) Unfortunately, it's not on either the AA or RJ websites yet, and the AA RTW desk can't see it either.

I've phoned the N. America 800 no. for RJ three times now, with hold times of 10, 15, and 20 min. respectively before I gave up. I was going to ask them when and if the flight would be bookable on their own and partner websites. I get to listen to lovely Jordanian music, but would rather talk to a human.

Anybody have any secret back channels around this?

Have you tried calling a travel agent?

I spoke to RJ last week and they indicated that no prices had yet been loaded yet for the BKK/HKG segment. I was wanting to extend my AMM/BKK onto HKG possibly

Yeah RJ's hold times can be really annoying. Plus their center is only open during bankers hours, so I had to call from work.
