Circle Pacific Routing
I think I will attempt my 1st Circle Pacific trip as a ACIR22. Wanted to see if this routing looked valid. tpe-hkg-yvr-lax-akl-syd-hkg-tpe. Could also change tpe-hkg-yvr to tpe-nrt-yvr to try the JAL F if that is worth while. Comments welcome.
Also any hints on booking ex TPE welcome. |
IMHO you can't really claim to have "circled" the Pacific without stepping foot in South America.:p

Otherwise it's okay. If you want to fly during the time QF isn't serving YVR you can travel on your own dime to LAX, but the surface segment counts as a stopover, so you'd still have 2 in North America. Any other routing on OW metal (YVR-DFW-LAX, for instance) would likely put you over the 22K mile mark. |
Thanks for the tips. YVR - LAX is not an issue as I live in BLI and will be stopping there for 3 or 4 months. I am acutally using this booking to make two RTWs with a YVR-LHR-HKG-YVR BA F award booking I already have.
I does appear that there is not F on some of these routes (LAX-AKL) so I might have th adjust. Thanks again. |
Does anyone have a ling to a listing of pricing for xCIR22 fares from various countries?
