Itin acceptable for Circle Pacific?

Is this sort of itin allowed for Cirlce Pacific fares since I am not entirely sure about backtracking rules?

It looks fine for a 26000 mile fare as fare as I can see. I haven't done many of these. My most recent was SYD-LAX-DFW-MEX-DFW-NRT-SYD which was a 22000 mile fare.

Both visits to LAX cannot be stopovers? The rules say:

20N .1. ONLY ONE STOPOVER PERMITTED AT ANY
21N . POINT. .
22N .
23N .2. A MAXIMUM OF ONE STOPOVER IN COUNTRY OF
24N . ORIGIN.
25N .
26N .3. A MAXIMUM OF TWO FREE STOPOVERS PER
27N . REGION /SWP/ASIA/NORTH AMERICA/SOUTH
28N . AMERICA/.

Looks like a valid 26k cirpac to me. You won't be able to stay in LAX for more than 24 hours on one of the visits, however - only one stop allowed. You might want to consider QF's one stop SYD-JFK service or JAL's JFK-NRT nonstop since you are allowed only one stop in LAX.

LAX Stopover

Not stopping twice in LAX (or even once) would not be a problem since we are just likely to use LAX as a gateway to get in and out of the US. We typically would do a couple more stops in other US cities but I don't think that would be a problem with this fare.

Thanks!
