Website Not Working
 

I have tried to connect to the oneworld website many times within the past year and it has never worked! Anyone know the reason?

It's always worked fine for me, and does so right now (http://www.oneworld.com). If you've only tried from China then perhaps The Great Firewall doesn't like it?

Indeed - the Great Firewall of China doesn't like it. Up to a couple of years back it wasn't a fan of CX either. It's just opened up to Wikipedia again though.

Even the workaround doesn't always work - I still can't access the OW site, but YMMV.

The domain name oneworld.com was owned by a Christian religous group in the past. It was odd the first few times I tried to find the OW airline alliance. Perhaps that is why it may not be available from China. I think OW's link was oneworldalliance.com The airlines must have bought the oneworld name within the past year or so.

oneworldalliance.com still works- you get redirect to www.oneworld.com ...

Most of country sites are under oneworld.com.
