Oneworld Award Trip Ticket from PHX to Cairo
 

I was wondering if it's possible to book an award ticket from Phoenix, AZ (USA) to Cairo, Egypt. I can fly PHX-LHR, LHR-CAI on BA I believe. The problem is that I couldn't find this flight mentioned on the AAward chart. They only mention Europe.

I have a TON of AA miles.

A) Is this a flight a possibility using my AA miles - whether using either BA or AA from PHX to LHR and BA from LHR to CAI?

B) If so, how many miles will it take? Ideally I want to go Business Class.

Aadvantage awards are prohibited on BA flights US-UK, so flying BA PHX-LHR is out (you can redeem from BAEC, QFF, Asiamiles, etc. but not AA). The AA cost is 75K/135K/180K for Y/J/F respectively. You can review all of the award options on aa.com (under Aadvantage).

Thanks. I was wondering where I could reference the information you provided. The webpage below does not have a chart entry for partner airlines and regions like the middle east, Africa, or Australia. Is there another chart?
