BA Hotline tickets for *ONE*
 

I'm looking to book an LONE* or DONE* (not decided how much I want to spend yet!)

Anyone with experience of booking an LONE* or DONE* via the BA staff hotline? Is there any value in doing this at all?

I only tried to use BA once for booking OWE, and they were hopeless (but this was circa 2002). AA and CX are far better, QF is borderline. Given all the changes at BA since then, they are probably not any better at this. Certainly the reissues that I have done with BA have been trying.

You mean some internal BA phone no. for BA employees?

Yes, I was referring to the staff hotline. My aunt has booked tickets for me in the past but not RTW
