Lan-Lan Connection in Lima

Hi All,

In December, I am going to be flying GYE-LIM-SCL on Lan in J with a one-hour connection in LIM.

Has anyone changed planes in LIM? Is it an easy process? I seem to recall that LIM has a new terminal with jetways, so there is no more remote parking like I've seen when I've stopped there on the SCL-LAX or SCL-JFK flights.

There still is some remote parking - not enough gates in the midnight hour. But the new terminal is quite nice. If you are on time, I think you'll be fine, if you are on the same ticket (int'l to int'l, checked in for everything).

Thanks. This part is one ticket. It's actually a JFK-GYE RT ticket and a GYE-SCL RT ticket. Saved 50% off the price of a JFK-SCL J ticket.

The connection will be early evening, so I should be out before the late evening rush.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same aicraft.
