CPT a dead-end on an RTW ticket?

I'm trying to build a complicated RTW itinerary and despite reading the stickies and using the websites suggested I am having trouble.

I want to start in CAI since that is cheapest, and then travel to the following places in this order:

JFK
GIG
LHR
CPT
LHR
TLV

I have been wrestling with the one-checker itinerary website, but I can't add in the CPT leg because it tells me I can't do more than one "Ghana/Nigeria" transit. Does this mean that once I've entered Africa from Europe I can't then return to Europe?

How do I square this with the other requirements of the ticket -- ie visiting my list of places in the order I gave? I could see how you might have to add a leg such as CPT-JNB-SYD to the ticket if you can't reenter Europe, butI don't want to do that since I have to return to LHR and then go to TLV afterwards.

I don't really care what other intermediate points I add in between the cities given above (in fact I'd like to add as many as possible to maximise my miles) but I can't see how to solve the problem.

I also don't mind also replacing an LHR stop with MAD/DUB etc -- iea European destination from which I can easily return to LHR on a separate ticket -- if there are too many LHR stops here.

Any experienced RTW ticketers able to help me form a valid itinerary?

Thanks.

No, once you've entered South Africa from Europe, you have to go on to HKG or SYD; your Europe-Africa-Europe itinerary isn't allowed.

You'd need to rearrange it to go LHR-TLV-LHR-CPT-(JNB)-SYD/HKG...

CAI-XXX-JFK-GIG-LHR crosses the Atlantic twice. Not allowed.

Both CAI and TLV cannot be accessed to/from London, regardless of order. At least one leg would have to be on IB.

Probably best to go back to the rules and remember that you have to keep moving in a continuous direction between Areas I-II-III or reverse, but not II-I-II-III etc.

Fundamentally you can only visit each continent once, with the exception of the origin continent which you can visit twice, but you are limited to a total of two stopovers in the continent of origin; the Ghana/Nigeria/Kenya exception doesn't help at all with South Africa. Moreover, unless you visit Asia or South West Pacific then this isn't a round the world itinerary - you have to cross the Pacific once.
