Edited to add that expertflyer lists only J-Y and not F. Says a 763, so I have no idea whether it will run the three sold as two or if it is the new configuration recently announced. My guess is the former for now, but who knows since the new configuration is supposed to begin rolling out in March.

It is sold as an LP flight, so only 2 classes of service. I'd expect that we won't be seeing many of the new 2 cabin planes for awhile.

At least on "inaugural day", it is a 3 cabin. I'm looking at a seatmap which has row 1 as A/C/D/J/L - all as "restricted". You can leave LAX 20 mins later on LA601 on the 340, and connect to the same LP605, getting there at the same time @GRU. Of course, this means you need to get off the plane @ LIM, likely from or to a remote gate, or both.

I didn't see your other post, sorry for the dup. I just randomly ran across it on yahoo news. For purposes of the OWE, of course, 601 to LIM then 605 to GRU is an intercontinental and an SA segment. What self respecting FTer wouldn't fly via SCL and have F the whole way as well as the extra miles??? ;)

Fear not the dup - I don't get worked up about such things. Of course, as a non-OW person, I must not have considered the "self-respecting FTer" analysis, and bow my head in shame :eek: Although having flown the "other way" from GRU to get to SCL, it was just too way out of the way, in any class.
