What is best use of additional OWE segment?

I am about to buy a DONE5 and am only using 19 segments

I have two questions

1. What is the best use of the extra segment
2. Is it worthwhile for me to pay for the JNB-CPT-JNB (not use OWE for it) in order to make better use of my 20 segments I am allowed. (It seems like a relatively short flight to spend OWE on. Paying out of pocket would free up 2 more OWE segments.)

Following are segments I was going to pay for myself (not use OWE for). I am over my 4 segments per continent (except in Africa).

HKG-SGN
SGN-HKG
DEL-TAS
TAS-DEL
DEL-BOM
BOM-DEL

I have to buy (LAN PASS?) or overland EZE-USH, cuz I used my S. America segments Diitto with LIM-CUZ, CUZ (OR LIM)-IQT, and EZE-Igaucu Falls

That very much depends on your itinerary. You can have up to six segments in North America, so you could conceivably squeeze another one in there, or even two if you skip JNB-CPT on the DONE5.
