Post your nested RTW routing here.
 

It is very useful seeing the various RTW itineraries in the thread “post your rtw trip routing here” started a year ago which has recently been bumped. However, I’m particularly interested in the use of nested RTWs—or other complex combinations and would like to see how others have used them. It seems useful to break these out into a separate thread, which I propose to start here with the two RTWs that my wife and I will be beginning next week. They are as follows:

The trip is based on flying to destinations that we need/want to go to, rather than mileage runs per se (with a few exceptions such as LHR-DXB-LHR).
The separate tickets that are necessary are, at the outset, from home in YVR, need YVR-CAI. Then between A08 and D01, need PER-BKK. Then between A20 and D17 need CAI-YVR and YVR-SYD. Plus there are a few other short surface segments.

At D20 we may start a new RTW from BKK—or possibly at A20 from CAI.

Starting from a base of zero FF credit in both AA and BA, by judicious assignment, it should yield, AA EXP by week 34 and BA Silver by week 24 and Silver renewal by week64 (with a short Club Europe RT thrown in to get enough BA metal).
