Countries never to start an XONE due to taxes
 

I was about to buy a DONE3 from SAL. After finding out about taxes that apply to the enitre itinenary (i.e. $1300) I obviously decided to plan otherwise.

I thought this list might be useful to others.

I wonder if anyone has ever noticed that no one ever starts here?
