Electrical outlets on Oneworld planes (also Swiss)

I was wondering what the outlets are on foreign planes. Are they still the cig lighter adapter like AA, similar to Delta's outlet, or something else entirely?
Our flights are DFW-ORD-ZRH on AA, ZRH-JNB Swiss, JNB-PLZ on BA, JNB-MAD on IB, and return to DFW on AA. Thanks for the help

Some are Empower, some are cigarette lighter. You really have to have both if you want broad coverage. Some airlines are now installing 110V plugs (US 3-prong) perhaps in response to people complaining about the various power point styles and the need to plug non-PC gear in, such as medical gear (LH for example).

ZHR-JNB on LX is on a 343, which has 110V 50Hz accepting European and US plugs in First and Business (I believe nothing in economy). BA has empower, nothing in economy (but yes on economy plus). I flew on an IB 340 (which is what they have on your route) in business not too long ago, and I thought it had power, but can't remember what kind (empower?) -- was a night flight in a stressful situation.

If I were in you, I'd check the airlines' websites.
