BTW, not that it's really OT but when we flew YVR-LAX on AS last month (in the front cabin) we discovered the real meaning of "no service". The FA distributed the peanuts and a beverage, then disappeared. |

I fly AS F quite a bit (commute to Seattle for GF), and I almost always get very good service. |
I just had the same problem on a AONE3. All my selected flights (except the last two, which I left open) were available except the BOS-SAN transcon. The RTW desk agent, who was excellent, tried HQ to get that released, but no go. Still on appeal, but in the meantime I'm on BOS-LAX-SAN. I don't understand, would they rather take that seat for a last-minute upgraded EXP over a paid fare?

Also dont seem that they want you to fly Biz class either
Haven;t been able to get a seat out of CPT-LHR or JNB-LHR on a DONE4, all seats are booked in September & October i.e A0 or D0...that seems a little odd to me.
Is it that they release discounted FIRST & CLUB closer to the date of travel? becuase I can;t not belive that all A & D's are sold out. J |
