JFK-LAX can u choose this flight instead of AA flight? and still earn mileage points? beacause when i tried to look for the schedules of oneworld webpage, the lax-jfk-lax route flies 3x a week by qantas and it says ( tr )

If this is to be part of an international ticket (such as a Oneworld Explorer) even if you are not flying QF internationally, people here have been successful booking this flight on QF.

I earned QF FF points and status credits when taking QF107 LAX-JFK on my last DONE4 trip.

For earning AA miles, it all depends on the fare class paid, just like any other QF flight.
