One world system status update
 

Hi, i've posted this issue in the CX thread, just reached Diamond with JL (OWE), was wondering how do you make the CX system to update, as I was trying to add to a previous booking I've made already with CX Silver (Ruby), Called CX's customer service, they told me to call JL, after that but JL told me to call CX, does anyone know how to force a status to update from the system? I've also tried to make another booking, but my status is still showing as OWS on CX's website. Plsss help!!

Ask CX to remove then add back your number. It's not guaranteed but might work.
JL can't do anything about CX reservation.
Maybe wait until the next weekday?

I feel like OW status syncs once a week or something. I don't have solid evidence, but based on my experiences.
