Asia before Australia required on a oneworld Explorer?
I have put a RTW itinerary together which goes from Europe to Perth via Doha, a few stops in Australia/New Zealand and then onto Asia before heading back to Europe via North America (I could get this priced via the oneworld Explorer web site).
I called BA for a price and they have got back to me stating that a round the world trip has to be in a continuous forward direction and that I need to travel to Asia first, before I travel to Australia. My understanding is that Asia and South West Pacific comprise of TC3 and I don’t think it matters which way you go ("Travel must be in a continuous forward direction between TC1 - TC2 - TC3.). Have I missed something? |
I'm quite certain I've priced similar on the OneWorld site before, which means its valid. Try HUCA with BA.
