Middle East Flight Rules
Have the rules changed? I thought one could only do 2 flights between the Middle East & Europe, but I can't see that in the rules anymore. So are these routings valid:
1) MIA-JFK-DOH-LHR-DOH-AKL-HKG-JFK-MIA 2) MIA-LHR-DOH-OSL-LHR-DOH-AKL-HKG-JFK-MIA 3) MIA-LHR-DOH-LHR-AUH-LHR-SYD-HKG-ORD-MIA Thanks. |

The rule allowing four flight segments in Europe/Middle East used to have the words:
*not more than 2 of which may be between the UK and ALBANIA, ALGERIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, GREECE, MIDDLE EAST, MOROCCO, ROMANIA, RUSSIA west of the Urals, TUNISIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE. But those words were removed - back in 2016As jerry a. laska has pointed out, your second itinerary violates another rule; your first and third itineraries are fine |
