Sorry for starting a new thread, but I think it deserves it. The official press release just came out:

Notably, the press release didn't mention anything specific about LATAM, so I guess it's safe to say that LATAM will also work with AT and LATAM will not depart earlier than expected.

I don't see anything on the earning miles chart at aa.com but I imagine earning/using miles is part of the agreement to join OW.

Definitely good news! RAM has an excellent network in NW Africa. Also, at least in summer, they offer daytime eastbound transatlantic flights from YUL and JFK.

At the same time TXL and DUS are still incorrectly listed as hubs. They never changed it since AB's demise.

I have been waiting for Royal Air Maroc award seat availability for some months now and I accept it is early days but I cannot see any business class seats on offer only economy.
I am looking for European and middle east flights.
Has anyone had any luck seeing J award seats?

April 1st and still no award availability when searching using BA or AA

I don't know if AT uses U class for business reward. If yes, a random search on CMN-MAD on 01NOV sees 2 U class seats in each of the 2 flights.

What software did you get that from ? Are you sure it's a Royal Air Maroc metal and not an a codeshare with Iberia ?

Sabre. But if I can see it on Sabre without using any special commend, I would imagine that it would be available on EF as well. I specified AT prime flight. Redemption bookings are generally not available on code-share flights anyway.

Royal Air Maroc availability shows up if you search using Japan Airline's oneworld award search, but errors out when trying to proceed with the booking.

Qantas seems able to book awards like CMN-MAD on AT

They used to use the Z fare code for business class awards but it seems they are transitioning to U as part of changes due to joining OneWorld
