LAX lounge access after arrival on Cathay F with no status
 
I will be flying into LAX (HKG -> LAX) in Cathay First class and connecting to SFO in American Airlines Economy.
Also Cathay and American are separate tickets
I dont have any status with American or One World.

Which of these 3 lounges can I access in LAX after arrival?

1) Oneworld lounge
2) Qantas
3) American Flagship Lounge

By the oneworld connecting flights rule, you would have access to those lounges you mention as well as the A/C's on the same day and before 6pm the next day.

SFO may be from the eAAgles nest - there's an A/C there as well.

Assuming your onward connection is same day or no later than 6am the next day then you can go to all of them. Personally I think the QF F lounge is the better choice, followed by the AA Flagship. There is an airside walkway between T4 and TBIT so you can easily get to the QF lounge.
