Mileage posting issues among OW partners

Over the past year I have had several multi-segment trips on various OW carriers, crediting these to either my AA or BA account. In all cases, the flights either did not post at all, or the first segment posted but none of the subsequent connecting flights. This has occurred with QR, IB (to both my BA and AA accounts), BA (to my AA account) and RJ...requiring a long and arduous process of contacting either AAdvantage of Executive Club and waiting. (And no, I'm not trying to double dip and get the same flights credited to both accounts.) In all cases either my AA or BA account number/status showed on all of the boarding passes. Have others experienced this on a regular basis?

I accrue to AAdvantage
and I've kept a record of my accruals this year:
5 QF flights took between 2 and 4 days to post
6 QR flights took between 1 and 7 days to post
1 BA flight took 3 days to post
5 AA flights took between 1 and 3 days to post
2 UL flights took 5 and 6 days to post
1 CX flight took 6 days to post
All flights accrued without my having to request them

I accrue to AA too. Some data points:
- AA flights usually take 2-4 days to post.
- 2 AY flights took 3 days to post.
- BA flights consistently take 3 days to post.
- JJ flights take 5-7 days.
- LA flights take 3-5 days.
