MustI use all reserved and confirmed segments?
For example - the ticket-route ...-EZE-SCL-UIO-SCL-SYD-... . Can I use it on a route ...-EZE-SCL-SYD-... (without visit UIO) without rerouting?)

Yes, you have to use all reserved segments. This is considered as a rerouting and you would thus have to pay the rerouting fee (USD 75). If you don't do it and don't fly the SCL-UIO-SCL segments, all your following segments may be cancelled.
