Reissue Fee and Service Fee- Double Charge?
 

I did a routing change for OWE and I know the US$75 change fee.
the BA in Hong Kong gonna charge me an ADDITIONAL HK$300 as Service Fee... I never had such with AA.... is the HK$300 fee valid? or they simple consider my ticket as normal R/T ticket and double charged?

This is a new fee that BA is rolling out world-wide. You can avoid it by using another Oneworld airline to reissue your ticket (in HKG I would use CX, which does not charge this fee). The fee is not related to the OWE fare and probably didn't exist when you bought your ticket (but the fine print allows imposing such fees, it seems). BA will waive this service fee if you are a good enough customer of BA, or just avoid using BA for the re-issue (while any OW airline can reissue any OWE ticket, they are reluctant to do so unless they are flying one of the trans-ocean segments).

BA it seems wants to charge a fee for everything they do. Which includes attempting to charge me GBP 25 for putting a sticker on my open dated ticket in London( I had already booked the res).

number_6 is right. Just get your ticket reissued by any other oneworld partner.
