Getting from Eqypt to Morocco on OWE.
 

Can it be done using just one segment and on a RTW ticket that does not include Africa? From what I've read, it looks like Morocco is treated as Europe.

Morocco is considered part of Europe for OWE. However, I do not think you can fly there directly from CAI. It looks like a two segment trip, e.g. CAI-MAD(LHR)-CMN. If you use LHR as the transit point then you cannot use it to get back to CAI at the end of your RTW (limited to two segments between LHR and a bunch of places including Egypt and Morocco).
