I was flying LAX-DFW-ORF Jul 26 on a discounted econ fare on AA.

Got op-up'd DFW-ORF - never happened to me before on AA - clearly not many AA elites fly on this route (as the op-up order is EXP, OW EM, AA Plt, OW Saph). And since I was travelling with my gf (FF nobody) they o-up'd her - even though separate PNRs - although I had called AA and linked them - I just was very nice about it when they offered my the op-up.

In addition, when I checked my activity on QF, although I was only given the miles for the fare ticketed (which is the correct procedure), I was given the SCs for the cabin flown. Nice given I am aiming to make QF Plat by end of this year.
