Using Miles
I'm working on booking a trip that would basically be the following itinerary:
ORD-RIX-DUB-MAD-ORD Getting to RIX (Riga) seems like the biggest challenge. According to AA when using miles you can only have flights on two airlines, so if I were to try to book either ORD-RIX-DUB-ORD or ORD-RIX-DUB, MAD-ORD what do you think is the best way to try to pull this off? |
I too am visiting RIX (in Sep). I am going on BA - in your case you can go either ORD-LHR(AA), LHR-RIX(BA), RIX-LHR-DUB(BA) etc...or ORD-LHR-RIX-LHR-DUB (BA) - but I am not sure whether AAdv lets you use BA transatlantic sectors for awards??

Edited to add that you can only redeem on BA across the pond after 30 June 2003. [This message has been edited by ExMo (edited 05-13-2003).] |
