OWE prices

just wondering if the prices on fewmile's website are up to date... Some of them haven't been updated since 2001...

also looking for the cheapest place to start my next OWE... New Zealand dollar is pretty strong right now, so looks like that is out... But I think Sri Lanka's currency is very weak and the price looks good at the moment due to the instability there... wondering if CX still serves Sri Lanka....

CX still serve CMB, but it's only a J & Y service via BKK

This link might help as it was only recently posted: http://www.hardlink.com/~markdu/OWFiles/OWExplorer.html

Lines 51 through 61 give you links to regional fares

Thanks Guy Betsy,
weird... when I checked the prices ex-CMB just 4 days ago, I came up with much lower USD rates for a AONE6... must have been fares that I was looking at was outdated... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/tongue.gif

Such a shame that the NZ dollar is so strong. Who knows however if it will become weaker in the next couple of months as the prices were quite good in Oct of 2002

I agree - although in my case it's because I want to buy property there and the exchange rate is killing this.

While the NZ$ is up about 17% since October, 2002, and 30% in the past year, most other currencies are also 15-25% more expensive than a year ago. It is the US$ that is in the tank relative to just about everything else out there.
