Why not Hawaii?
What's the rule that keeps LAX-HNL-LAX from being legal in a OWE? It doesn't seem any different a route than say JFK-BDA-JFK which afaik is okay.

I believe the only way to include Hawaii on a oneworld Explorer is to fly QF SYD-HNL and then continue on with your North America zone travel.
