Should there be any problem with this 25 Segment 29000 MILES-GLOBAL EXPLORER

Hi everone!

I am considering to travel the following route on a One World 29000 Miles Global Explorer ex. Australia. Should there be any problem as far as you can see;

SYD-HKG-BKK-HEL-OSL-HEL-FRA-ORD-MKE-ORD-STL-DFW-TYR-DFW-AUS-DFW-LAS-LAX-SAN-LAX-SFO-LAX-SBA-LAX-HNL-SYD

It looks like it is 28290 miles.

As the first segment would be Qantas, I suppose it will be issued "on Qantas stock"?

Should it be difficult with this number of segments?

Travelling class is not decided yet..........(edit to add; Am I correct - that they don't have Business and First fares for the "Global Explorer" ex. Australia)

Inputs are highly appreciated.

Regards
Mads

1st and Business Class fares are available ex-Australia (They are cheaper ex-NZ BTW)

There should be no problem with the segments as long as you come in under the mileage limit and do not have more than 4 stops (>24hrs) in North America amidst all those segments.

I believe that for F and C class the Global Explorer has only one mileage option, 34,000 miles. So, if you do this in F or C and want to maximise mileage you have quite a lot of miles left to work with.

I read more on www.travel.com.au and it looks like C/F is only available for the 34,000 miles version.

On the other hand - I suppose if it was "solely" for miles - it would be better to buy the "Continent" version.

Will have to study more....
