Maximum Miles
 
I am planning to buy a three continent OWE from India in BIZ class with a view to earn maximum miles. I have the following routing in mind. Any suggestions from mileage gurus?
MAA-LHR-IST-LHR-DXB(Prefer to MCT)-LHR-SFO-SJU-DEN-SJU-DFW-ANC-DFW(sURFACE)JFK-HKG-DPS-HKG-NKK-BOM

u cd perhaps rearange to max the asia-europe miles by doing india-HKG-LHR........JFK-HKG-....india (not sure what your constraints are).

Are you allowed to fly LHR-IST-LHR-DXB-LHR? I thought you were only allowed two flight segments into the middle east. I don't have the RTW rules in front of me, so perhaps someone more knowledgeable can confirm or deny what I've just said.

Turkey (IST) is not considered the Middle East by the OWE rules. Actually, the rule limitations do not cover the Middle East specifically but limit travel between the UK and a host of Middle Eastern countries and also Portugal, Greece, Russia and several other non-Middle Eastern countries.
