RTW advice requested for trip next week
 

Help on a RTW from YWG next week. Stops required in Dalian China and HK and then on to London, DFW and YWG. Can go HK to Dalian also. Prefer J

Also need J RTW DFW to Dalian and HK or HK to Dalian to London to DFW. Could start this RTW elsewhere if costs are better.

Best departure date is 3 April

There are other RTWs available other than OneWorld. As AA does not service YWG and CX does not go to Dalian.

Best bet is to contact a local travel agency in YWG who will be able to offer best advice for your routing. They can usually offer tailor-made routings that are not available with alliances' RTWs!

but, u can have a RTW ---DFW-ICN-HKG-LHR-DFW,

then add a side-trip (not on OW) dalian-ICN/HKG.

perhaps ICN-dalian-HKG. and have ICN/HKG as an open jaw for you on asia.

again, you still haev to solve the YWG-DFW connection yourself.
i assum any port start with a Y is from canada? then u sd perhaps start from YYZ/YVR, and OWE ex-canada is a bit cheaper than ex-USA

Go for the Star Alliance. You can leave from YWG (Winnipeg), you can get just as close to DLC as you can on Oneworld, and you don't have as many of the restrictions as you might have with OW.

By the way, kkercher, with 5 days notice, you need to be talking to a travel agent or the airline, not the people of Flyertalk. It is going to be at least one day turnaround to get the thing rated and issued.
